Late last week the Swedish Minister of Infrastructure Anna Johansson visited two large factories in Trollhättan, GKN and NEVS, as reported by the magazine tella.se. GKN is the largest employer in the municipality, and NEVS is number two. Both locations are closely associated with the historical aircraft and industrial history of Sweden.
After her visit to GKN Anna Johannson visited the Assembly line for the next generation of electric motors in NEVS company. NEVS CEO Mathias Bergman presented the business plan to the Minister and the investment in the Chinese market.
On this occasion, the Minister used the visit to try new NEVS 9-3 EV on ex-Saab track test. However, only as a passenger because the minister does not have a driver’s license. We see the NEVS 9-3 EV in China Trim, still without a badge (NEVS working on the development of a completely new car brand).
How depressing. The Minister for Infrastructure has no driver licence.
