Some pics of today’s Scottish Saab Enthusiasts event in aid of the Scottish Charity Air Ambulance. Special thanks to Brian Hastings for this report from this impressive meeting.
They had 2 NG Aero’s present – Brian’s T4 and the Saab TTiD of Jack Jerome. The route took Saab Crew from Perth to Tyndrum, over Rannoch Moor, through Glencoe and Fort William, terminating at the National Commando Monument at Spean Bridge.
A great day out for all and approximately £500 has been raised by the group so far for this worthwhile cause.
Brian says: “At the meeting were present: Sonett, 900, 9000, og9-3, 9-3ss, og 9-5, Dame Edna 9-5, NG 9-5 and 5 convertibles. We were missing a wagon and any 96, 95, 90, 99 otherwise most of the models available in the UK were represented. We had a Viggen too.
While we were at the Glencoe visitor centre a random visitor happened to come in driving a 9-5 wagon though.”
