Exactly the same thing happened to me while I was driving, luckily I was able to get out. It was my pride and Joy and in immaculate condition, 5 years old with low mileage, guy at Saab was fantastic at the beginning but once the car was removed and sent to Saab, they no longer answered my letters or calls, consequently got minimum amount for the car off my insurance company. I so miss my car but nervous about buying another one.
