Street racing: +500bhp Saab 9-5 vs. Supercars

mrBman's Saab 9-5

American (Houstom, TX) Saab entusiast and self-tuner mrBman (We have already watched him many times on this blog)  further improved and accelerated his machine – 2005 Saab 9-5 Aero Sedan.

For now, this tuned machine releases over 500 horsepower and 500 ft-lb of torque, and Just from a visual point of view, it looks like the full stock car.

Our favorite Thing about his Saab is how stock it looks and the performance it hides from everyone. Of course, Saabs will always be the ultimate sleeper, even stock.

But, his Saab is far from the factory state, check out this list of changes and everything will be clearer to you: Custom Tubular Manifold, Tial 38mm External, Wastegate, GTX3071r Turbo, Wossner Pistons, T5 Cams ,ARP Head Studs, Spec Stage 3+ Clutch, Maptun Built Trans w/LSD, Krona 3″ Catless, Turboback, ETS Intercooler, ID1050x injectors w/3.5 bar FPR, Aeromotive 340lph fuel pump, Forge BPV, Cobra Inlet, NGK  AFX wideband,  and all that on Full E85 fuel.

Of course, since the mrBman is a fan of street acceleration, After the upgrade, he tried his machine with several other super cars i heavy tuned car  such as: Audi R8, 6th Gen Camaro SS, C5 Vette, Charger SRT8, Impala SS, Mercedes C62 AMG

For over 15 years, Goran Aničić has been passionately focused on Saab automobiles and everything related to them. His initial encounter with Saab cars took place back in 2003 when the first Saab 9-3 and sedan version were introduced. At that moment, he was captivated by the car's Scandinavian design logic and top-notch engineering, and everything that followed stemmed from that first encounter. Later on, through his work at the editorial team of the Serbian automotive magazines "Autostart" and later "AutoBild," he had the opportunity to engage more closely with Saab vehicles. In 2008, he tested the latest Saab cars of that time, such as the Saab 9-3 TTiD Aero and Saab 9-3 Turbo X. In 2010, as the sole blogger from the region, he participated in the Saab 9-5ng presentation in Trollhättan, Sweden. Alongside journalists from around the world, he got a firsthand experience of the pinnacle of technological offerings from Saab at that time. Currently, Goran owns two Saabs: a 2008 Saab 9-3 Vector Sportcombi with a manual transmission, and a Saab 9-3 Aero Griffin Sport Sedan from the last generation, which rolled off the production line in Trollhättan in December 2011.
