“MySaabCar” is a New Mobile App for Saab Owners by Orio AB

A few days ago, Orio AB (the company behind Saab Original Parts) launched a brand new and unique mobile service for Saab owners, the MySaabCar app!

This application allows you to collect all information about your Saab car, keep track of it when it’s time for service and video chat if you’re having trouble with your car – everything in your mobile phone.

Now you can take care of everything with your Saab at one place – in one and the same application. Video chat with Saab Advisor from Orio AB, get an overview of the maintenance log or book service quickly, easily and securely.

Having a Saab has never been easier. besides everything, the application also offers a consulting service – There is the possibility of video chat with Advisor for a small fee for advice on your Saab car.  The application also has a reminder function, such as when changing to winter tires.

The app is currently only accessible for cars in Sweden but will shortly be launched in an Appstore near you. Signup on this page to be notified when you can download the app.

So, if you own a Saab car and live in Sweden, you can download the app from Google Play or Apple Store. This application is a great idea, and great help to the owners of the Saab cars, but a little bit late – It would be much better that the application was offered a few years earlier.

For over 15 years, Goran Aničić has been passionately focused on Saab automobiles and everything related to them. His initial encounter with Saab cars took place back in 2003 when the first Saab 9-3 and sedan version were introduced. At that moment, he was captivated by the car's Scandinavian design logic and top-notch engineering, and everything that followed stemmed from that first encounter. Later on, through his work at the editorial team of the Serbian automotive magazines "Autostart" and later "AutoBild," he had the opportunity to engage more closely with Saab vehicles. In 2008, he tested the latest Saab cars of that time, such as the Saab 9-3 TTiD Aero and Saab 9-3 Turbo X. In 2010, as the sole blogger from the region, he participated in the Saab 9-5ng presentation in Trollhättan, Sweden. Alongside journalists from around the world, he got a firsthand experience of the pinnacle of technological offerings from Saab at that time. Currently, Goran owns two Saabs: a 2008 Saab 9-3 Vector Sportcombi with a manual transmission, and a Saab 9-3 Aero Griffin Sport Sedan from the last generation, which rolled off the production line in Trollhättan in December 2011.
