Saab car is hard to steal, But…
As you can imagine, a Saab without recognizable key fob is difficult or almost impossible to steal. In 95% of cases of Saab car theft, there is a situation where the owner or driver forgets to take the key fob out of the lock. This was also the case in this situation in North Essex.
A moment of inattention
The incident happened on Monday, May 18 at about 11.30pm. After returning from shopping and unpacking groceries from the car, Ms. Wheeler forgot the keys in the lock on the front door of theri House. And on this bundle of keys was the Saab key fob. There was a problem, after this, she went to do housework and some gardening, while the bundle of keys remained in the door lock.
This situation was used by two unknown persons, who took the keys that evening and drove their Saab, which was parked in front of the house. They have taken the car the night before, but Wheeler family didn’t even know it was gone.
Their favorite Saab 9-5 Aero
They have owned their favorite Saab 9-5 Aero for 16 years, and it is extremely well preserved, ” it was a well kept and beautiful car”. They’re heartbroken someone has nicked it, so she is absolutely gutted, and she’s so upset – they don’t have a car now, so they’re grounded.
The worth of the car is about £2,000, but as for every proud Saab car owner, to them Saab is priceless, she drives beautifully. Mr Wheeler said she is disappointed in the police as there has been no clear communication so, she has decided she will take matters into her own hands. That is why this appeal is an attempt to return their favorite Saab to this family.
Unfortunately, the footage from the CCTV camera is very bad, and the Police said that they could not identify the perpetrators of the theft. But if they nicked it for joyriding it should be dumped somewhere.
