At the Saab Festival 2022 in Trollhattan, after two painful years brought to us by the global COvid-19 virus pandemic, a huge number of enthusiasts and fans of the Saab brand gathered with their even more beautiful and refined Saab cars.
Social networks were “hot” with the number of posts from Trollhattan, so that those who were not able to attend the festival in person could see and feel at least a part of the incredible car atmosphere from this small town of Saab.
Some participants of the Saab festival headed to Trollhattan from the farthest parts of Europe at the beginning of the week, so they posted experiences from their trip to Sweden via Instagram and YouTube. Already yesterday, next to the Saab Car Museum there was a big crowd and all the streets of Trollhattan were full of Saab cars coming from all over Europe.
Today, The Saab festival is in full swing and in Trollhättan it is crowded with true enthusiasts. At the center of the events is the so-called Ursaab, the very first car the company built. On the occasion of the festival, the Museum’s management decided to export this incredible little car from the museum setting to the streets of Trollhattan so that everyone could see this post-war marvel of technology, aerodynamics and design. Therefore, a couple of days ago, Ursaab went for technical inspections, after which it was registered for public transport without any problems.
In the afternoon, speeches and celebrations were in the square with ice cream sales. Saab’s previous owner and CEO were present.
Today, this car led the spectacular procession, and thanks to numerous posts on the Internet, here we will try to give you at least a little bit of the atmosphere from Trollhattan. The festival continues tomorrow, so there will certainly be more beautiful events and we expect even more photos and videos from the festival.
