It is important to note that converting a car into a six-wheeled vehicle is not a common modification and requires significant modifications to the frame and suspension, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards. This process can be complex, expensive and time-consuming. Robert specializes in rebuilding these vehicles to meet all standards and most often offers them to the market for those looking for a unique and versatile vehicle.

One of the last vehicles that Robert converted into a camper (but this time it’s not a 6-wheeler), and which is now offered on the market, is a Saab 9000 Turbo, which was recently converted into a Camper vehicle (let’s recall on this occasion a similar camper made on the basis of the 9000 model), but by removing the cabin, it can also be used as a multi-purpose cargo vehicle. It’s possible to convert a car into a camper, but it would likely be a significant undertaking. You would need to find a car that has a strong enough chassis to support the additional weight of the extra wheels and ensure that the conversion meets all necessary safety standards.

Due to the added weight and load that these vehicles carry, they require more powerful engines. This is why Saab cars are often chosen as the basis for this modification – their powerful and reliable engines make them ideal for the purpose. Saab cars have a reputation for their quality and durability which make them the perfect choice for this type of modification.

One of his most notable creations is the Solstad-Saab 9000 Turbo 2.0, a 4-wheel truck conversion with an aluminum chassis and removable camper body. This unique car is approved for 4 people, and is equipped with amenities such as heating, a bunk bed, kitchen, toilet and a double bed above the cabin, making it perfect for comfortable stays outside urban areas. The car has been specifically built and designed for Saab cars enthusiasts who love to explore nature and go on camping trips with their Saab cars.

Robert states in his ad that the camper has a problem with a water leak, but that it can be fixed. According to the advertisement, the price of this Saab 6-wheel camper is around 13,000 euros.

For over 15 years, Goran Aničić has been passionately focused on Saab automobiles and everything related to them. His initial encounter with Saab cars took place back in 2003 when the first Saab 9-3 and sedan version were introduced. At that moment, he was captivated by the car's Scandinavian design logic and top-notch engineering, and everything that followed stemmed from that first encounter. Later on, through his work at the editorial team of the Serbian automotive magazines "Autostart" and later "AutoBild," he had the opportunity to engage more closely with Saab vehicles. In 2008, he tested the latest Saab cars of that time, such as the Saab 9-3 TTiD Aero and Saab 9-3 Turbo X. In 2010, as the sole blogger from the region, he participated in the Saab 9-5ng presentation in Trollhättan, Sweden. Alongside journalists from around the world, he got a firsthand experience of the pinnacle of technological offerings from Saab at that time. Currently, Goran owns two Saabs: a 2008 Saab 9-3 Vector Sportcombi with a manual transmission, and a Saab 9-3 Aero Griffin Sport Sedan from the last generation, which rolled off the production line in Trollhättan in December 2011.
