Saab var unik , de var meget forud for tiden . Vi er mange der elsker Saab , og stadigvæk kører Saab . Og agter at gøre det til vores dages ende. Man finder ikke en Saab i dag , der ikke kan hæve sig over nutidens biler . Saab var bare langt foran alle de andre . Når jeg feks fortæller min mekaniker, at det der med manglende lys i de forskellige lygter, det kender han ikke , det eksistere ikke i hans bil, selv om den er mange år nyer. Kan også godt tænke på tronik motorstyringen , skal måske også lige runde abs bremserne . De blev til i et samarbejde mellem Saab / Volvo og Bosch . Hvem opfandt sikkerhedsselen, det gjorde Saab , Volvo købte et patent fra usa og vidreudviklede det til den 3 punktsele vi kender idag , derfor fik de æren. Saab udviklede turbomotoren , der fantes faktisk en amerikansk model med turbomotor motor på davenrende tidspunkt , men det var Saab der fik æren.
