During the 16 days of the BALTIC SEA CIRCLE Rally “Team 39, Aurora Hunters“– drove a 1993 Saab 900, nicknamed “OVE the crocodile“, over 7500 km through Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Russia, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Poland.
The basic rules are: no highways, no SatNav and a car that must be at least 20 years old.
This Rally of course is a big boy’s adventure. And of course it’s a challenge (and a show-off) for the old Saab. But it comes with a very important side effect: CHARITY! 50% and everything above the 750 euros from fund goes to a project in NEPAL that Team 39 have decided to support: LiScha-Himalaya.
After 17 days full of new experiences, new friends Saab Team 39 arrived in Berlin. Ove, Maciej and Martin would like to thank all of you. A special thanks goes to Emi Thomas Emmert who posted several times a day about their Mission on different Saab site’s to keep all of you informed and to collect even more funds.
