California Turbo X

Saab TX

Anthony Carshype Guerra, Contributor at Performance Auto & Sound Magazine, from San Francisco (CA) is owner of beautiful Saab 9-3 Turbo X and he is Playing with the idea of selling this again because there’s a car he’s interested in. According to his words, Also, would like to keep the sale somewhat local as well. Not in a rush to sell, if it doesn’t sell no big deal to him, he will keep tinkering with it.

Holds a CA salvage title from previous owner, not sure why, he suspect a fender bender. In the last 14k miles he has owned the car, nothing has gone wrong with it and it is completely healthy. The car on the clock has 100 thousand miles, has a six-speed manual transmission and quite a few modifications.

Cons
– Paint, could use a full respray if one is serious about bringing this into full Turbo x glory, overall its a great 10 footer, but there are various knicks and scrapes from the previous owner that yields the condition to be far from perfect. Especially the bumper now is fairly rough. Could use a PDR as well.
– mirrors painted silver.
– he has the original Turbo X front bumper but it is in very rough shape

Saab 9-3 Turbo-X

TLDR only be interested in this for what it is, as it is, not if you’re looking for a TX. The seller would give the car for $ 13,000.

For over 15 years, Goran Aničić has been passionately focused on Saab automobiles and everything related to them. His initial encounter with Saab cars took place back in 2003 when the first Saab 9-3 and sedan version were introduced. At that moment, he was captivated by the car's Scandinavian design logic and top-notch engineering, and everything that followed stemmed from that first encounter. Later on, through his work at the editorial team of the Serbian automotive magazines "Autostart" and later "AutoBild," he had the opportunity to engage more closely with Saab vehicles. In 2008, he tested the latest Saab cars of that time, such as the Saab 9-3 TTiD Aero and Saab 9-3 Turbo X. In 2010, as the sole blogger from the region, he participated in the Saab 9-5ng presentation in Trollhättan, Sweden. Alongside journalists from around the world, he got a firsthand experience of the pinnacle of technological offerings from Saab at that time. Currently, Goran owns two Saabs: a 2008 Saab 9-3 Vector Sportcombi with a manual transmission, and a Saab 9-3 Aero Griffin Sport Sedan from the last generation, which rolled off the production line in Trollhättan in December 2011.
