With only two of these vehicles left, this is an exceptional opportunity for any Saab enthusiast to add to their collection.

What makes these Saabs unique is that they have never been sold before, although they were manufactured in April 2014. Instead, they were left forgotten in the factory for almost nine years. It wasn’t until 2015 that they were registered, and it wasn’t until a year later that Nevs started using them.

They have barely been driven in seven years, so the mileage on the cars is incredibly low. One car has only been driven 900 scandinavian miles (9.000 km), while the other has 1030 miles on the clock (10.300 km). This means that they are essentially new cars, with only minor blemishes The cars are in excellent condition, though they have suffered a few minor blemishes during their time in storage.

Nevs did not have any Saab seats in stock, so the cars have Volvo XC90 seats with light grey leather upholstery. The vehicles have improved sound insulation compared to earlier models and LED fog lights, but otherwise, they are nearly identical to the Saabs produced before the company ceased operations in December 2011.

A newer Saab with shorter mileage will probably never be sold again. Kvdbil auction website estimates that the price at the car dealership would be SEK 245,000-250,000 (~$25,000) if the historic Saab cars were to be sold there. His initial encounter with Saab cars took place back in 2003 when the first Saab 9-3 and sedan version were introduced. At that moment, he was captivated by the car's Scandinavian design logic and top-notch engineering, and everything that followed stemmed from that first encounter. Later on, through his work at the editorial team of the Serbian automotive magazines "Autostart" and later "AutoBild," he had the opportunity to engage more closely with Saab vehicles. In 2008, he tested the latest Saab cars of that time, such as the Saab 9-3 TTiD Aero and Saab 9-3 Turbo X. In 2010, as the sole blogger from the region, he participated in the Saab 9-5ng presentation in Trollhättan, Sweden. Alongside journalists from around the world, he got a firsthand experience of the pinnacle of technological offerings from Saab at that time. Currently, Goran owns two Saabs: a 2008 Saab 9-3 Vector Sportcombi with a manual transmission, and a Saab 9-3 Aero Griffin Sport Sedan from the last generation, which rolled off the production line in Trollhättan in December 2011.

  • Hi Lynette in Buffalo, I have 2 2011 Turbo SAAB 9-5’s. 1 is a inline 4 and the other is an inline xwd 6. From Cam in California…..via “Syracuse, NY”

  • Two things spring to mind here –
Firstly new or not they will probably have electrical faults like most Saabs.
Secondly who ever new Scandinavian miles were longer than any one else’s miles!
