Nevs lose the right to use the Saab brand!

Nevs may no longer sell and produce cars under the name Saab. Defense group Saab AB has withdrawn the law. Nevs but must now negotiate the license agreement and believe that it will be successful, published the Swedish Radio P4 Vast.

Saab AB reacted to NEVS’ application for reconstruction by cancelling the agreement to use the Saab name on the cars made in Trollhättan. Saab AB’s spokesman Sebastian Carlsson did not comment on any details of the decision. Also NEVS did not publically react on the announcement yet.

Currently, Goran owns two Saabs: a 2008 Saab 9-3 Vector Sportcombi with a manual transmission, and a Saab 9-3 Aero Griffin Sport Sedan from the last generation, which rolled off the production line in Trollhättan in December 2011.
