There are few things more invigorating than exploring a new road alongside a beautiful landscape. Our world has many roads to travel on, but this is among the most amazing — in terms of beauty, navigation and pure experience – Stelvio Pass, Italy.

At 9,045 feet, this Italian road was chosen by British automotive show Top Gear as the “greatest driving road in the world” with its sharp turns matching its striking landscapes.

This Footage is from 2010, and as the owner of Saab 900 Turbo says “Besides the fact that we had to cope with rain, hail and the occasional campervan, it was a delight and the best day ever spent in an old Saab.” Enjoy:

In 2010, as the sole blogger from the region, he participated in the Saab 9-5ng presentation in Trollhättan, Sweden. Alongside journalists from around the world, he got a firsthand experience of the pinnacle of technological offerings from Saab at that time. Currently, Goran owns two Saabs: a 2008 Saab 9-3 Vector Sportcombi with a manual transmission, and a Saab 9-3 Aero Griffin Sport Sedan from the last generation, which rolled off the production line in Trollhättan in December 2011.
