Saab based Senova CC 2.0T on sale for $24,000

Senova CC launched in China with Saab 2.0 Turbo 204hp engine about a month ago and now this car hits the Chinese market, price starts at 39.000 yuan (~6,283 US Dollars) for base model Senova D60 and ends at 149.800 yuan for best model in rage Senova CC 2.0T  ($24.000).

The Senova CC is available with two 4-cylinder petrol engines: the first is a 1.8 liter turbo with 177hp and 240nm, this engine is also used in the base Senova D60. The Senova CC, made by BAIC (Beijing Auto), is the performance version of the Senova D60. Inspired by SAAB 9-3 Aero, it will be powered by a turbo 1.8L and turbo 2.0L.

For over 15 years, Goran Aničić has been passionately focused on Saab automobiles and everything related to them. His initial encounter with Saab cars took place back in 2003 when the first Saab 9-3 and sedan version were introduced. Alongside journalists from around the world, he got a firsthand experience of the pinnacle of technological offerings from Saab at that time. Currently, Goran owns two Saabs: a 2008 Saab 9-3 Vector Sportcombi with a manual transmission, and a Saab 9-3 Aero Griffin Sport Sedan from the last generation, which rolled off the production line in Trollhättan in December 2011.
