Autocross is a dynamic motorsport discipline that emphasizes skillful driving through a challenging, timed course. It is a safe and thrilling way to test your driving abilities, all within a controlled environment.

Social Breakfast

Kick-start your day with fellow Saab enthusiasts at the main entrance of Ikea Etobicoke at 8:45 AM for a delightful breakfast. By being first in line for the doors opening at 9 AM, we can ensure a pleasant dining experience. While waiting, engage in engaging Saab discussions, exchange stories, and connect with like-minded individuals who share your passion for Saab automobiles.

PITL Autocross Experience

At 10 AM, we will head across the street to the Push It To The Limit autocross event, where the action will be in full swing. PITL is known for its welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal venue for newcomers to experience the thrill of autocross. By signing a waiver and bringing your own suitable helmet (M2010 or SA2010 or newer), or utilizing one of the loaner helmets available, you may have the chance to ride along the course and witness autocross firsthand.

Spectate or Participate

Whether you prefer to spectate or wish to enter and run your own car, this event caters to all preferences. Spectating at PITL is free of charge, allowing you to enjoy the adrenaline-pumping motorsport action from a prime vantage point. However, if you are planning to participate and showcase your driving skills, it is essential to register in advance to secure your spot.

For over 15 years, Goran Aničić has been passionately focused on Saab automobiles and everything related to them. His initial encounter with Saab cars took place back in 2003 when the first Saab 9-3 and sedan version were introduced. At that moment, he was captivated by the car's Scandinavian design logic and top-notch engineering, and everything that followed stemmed from that first encounter. Later on, through his work at the editorial team of the Serbian automotive magazines "Autostart" and later "AutoBild," he had the opportunity to engage more closely with Saab vehicles. In 2008, he tested the latest Saab cars of that time, such as the Saab 9-3 TTiD Aero and Saab 9-3 Turbo X. In 2010, as the sole blogger from the region, he participated in the Saab 9-5ng presentation in Trollhättan, Sweden. Alongside journalists from around the world, he got a firsthand experience of the pinnacle of technological offerings from Saab at that time. Currently, Goran owns two Saabs: a 2008 Saab 9-3 Vector Sportcombi with a manual transmission, and a Saab 9-3 Aero Griffin Sport Sedan from the last generation, which rolled off the production line in Trollhättan in December 2011.
