Here is an interesting Used 1986 Saab 900 S listed on Cars.com. As you can see, the first thing that strikes the eye is the high price – $22,900!
Allegedly, the car had only one owner during all these 29 years. Car is maintained only in authorized SAAB service, and car is not driven in winter.
Of course, very interesting Saab 900 but the price is quite high for one youngtimer. However, We reproach the seller for photos of poor quality.
Here’s what seller says about the car:
Original owner 29 years. All records since day one. Stored winters. Low miles, fully documented. Headliner, clutch, shocks & more recently replaced. NO accidents.
Rides & drives as beautifully as it looks. Why? Because as the records show, more than the price of a brand new Volvo has been invested in this SAAB in care & maintenance. By the SAAB dealer that sold it, from day one untilthat SAAB dealer closed. By a SAAB specialist after that.
Driving this car is like a trip back in time when you could actually find YOUNG SAAB 900s. As nice as only a very few have been kept! There are currently five 900 SAABs for sale in America from $20,000 to $25,000. Nice as they are, this is the only one with documented history & just one owner over three decades. Complete owner’s packet.
Original window sticker. ALL maintenance & service records/receipts. Every oil change, every annual state inspection. Over 75 photos available showing every inch of this SAAB to keep for generations to come.
Looks like he’s going to continue being the original owner.
Wow– they lowered the price now.
And I sold mine for under a grand after uni!
