This Saab track meet was arranged by Saab Turbo Club of Sweden at Sviestad racetrack in Linköping, Sweden on the 13th of May 2017.
Sviestad track was built in the late 1960s, the track was used exclusively for motorbikes until 1998, racetrack is
2137 m long, with a width of 7 to 10 meters.
This was a great opportunity for the Saab car owners to test their cars in real racing conditions. As with all Saab meets in Sweden there were many awesome cars. Several Saab Turbo X, Saab 9-5, Saab 9-3, Saab 900, Saab 99, several RWD-converted Saabs, Saab Viggen, and of course Robert Uhr’s ridiculous Saab 900 GTR and many more.
To the delight of all lovers of speed and fast Saab cars, we have many exciting videos from the track.
Certainly, the most interesting is the video from the cameras that were mounted to the Robert Uhr’s Saab 900 GTR tuned by Nordic Tuning Dalarna. Enjoy in video – Front+rear view video from Saab 900 2.3T GTR Nordic:
