Wrong-way SAAB teenager driver allegedly causes 5-car crash

A wrong-way crash near Glendale (PHOENIX, USA) and 75th Avenues sent three people to the hospital on Tuesday morning.

An 18-year-old with Saab 9-3 was headed northbound in southbound lanes on 75th Avenue around 7:45 a.m. A teenager reportedly crashed his Saab 9-3 into another vehicle head-on, leading three other cars to collide too.

Three of the seven people involved were taken to hospitals; the driver of the Saab was one of those transported (non life threatening injuries). Authorities say he showed signs of impairment.
